HOW TO JOIN


We are pleased to announce a new one-year membership structure; our membership term is July 1 through June 30.

Membership is open to scientists and physicians who have an interest in disorders of the pituitary gland. Our Regular Members are practicing clinicians, basic science researchers, clinical researchers, and industry professionals. Our Associate-in-Training Members include medical students, PhD candidates, clinical trainees (i.e. not holding a consultant or equivalent appointment), research fellows or trainees, and post-doctoral fellows within 6 years of obtaining their PhD (or terminal) degree.

Membership benefits include:

  • Discounted registration fees for International Pituitary Congress
  • Subscription to the Pituitary journal
  • Access to the Members’ Area on the Pituitary Society website
  • Optional listing in our private Members’ directory
  • Optional listing in our public Locate a Doctor directory for patients

If you wish to join the Pituitary Society please complete our online membership application at the link below. As part of the application process we also require a brief curriculum vitae (maximum 3 pages) and a letter of support from an active member be sent to pituitary.society@med.nyu.edu. Applications are reviewed and membership determinations made by the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors.

Dues are $100 USD for Regular Members and $75 USD for Associate-in-Training Members. Checks must be drawn on a US bank and made payable to The Pituitary Society. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments are also accepted.
